DV PRS LLC Terms and Conditions

This section is a contract between DV PRS LLC, Customers & Contract Affiliates. This information and services are available to DV PRS LLC Customers & Contract Affiliates must follow these rules.

• Withdraw and cancel services, and making of false financial transactions, subject all personnel dealing with DV PRS LLC attribution.
• Please understand that DV PRS LLC can not be liable for information errors or website downtime.
• All products on this website are subject to U.S. copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• User Rules of Behavior, DV PRS LLC forbids unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• User accounts and access to the site will be disabled or banned for not complying with usage guidelines.

Zero Tolerance Policy

DV PRS LLC has a zero tolerance policy prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances. Any driver using intoxicating substances or failing an alcohol or drug test will be automatically banned and not eligible for association with DV PRS LLC. Drivers will receive a copy of this policy and agree to it prior to employment or contract work. Any driver suspected by company management of using intoxicating substances will be required to be tested as soon as possible; the company also reserves the right to do random drug and alcohol testing. Drivers will not be able to pick up passengers until they are tested. Any refusal to testing will result in termination. Passengers suspecting the use of intoxicating substances by a driver are encouraged to send us an email or call our main number to report an incident.
